2021 is the year of our 100th show. The first show was 30 August 1919, but with wartime gaps and the great hailstorm of 1968, which destroyed all the allotment vegetables and flowers, we’ve had to wait until this year to celebrate our centenary.
The lead-up to the show features a Garden Trail around the village. Maps and full details are available on this site from 14 August.
The show itself will be at the Methodist Church Hall starting at 1pm. There will be music from Drighlington Brass Band, market stalls and food and drink. Entry is free.
Following our virtual show last year, we have kept three popular classes for front and back gardens and hanging baskets or containers. You can enter by registering on this site and uploading your photographs, all photograph should have been taken after 21 March 2021. After the show, winning entries will be featured here.
